In order to ensure that you lose as much weight as possible in 24 hours then you also want to avoid eating as much carbohydrates as you possibly can. Carbohydrates are one of the main causes of stomach bloating and is typically the type of food you want to eat most to gain weight.
Drink More Water
Make sure to eliminate all soda and sugary drinks from your diet and drink as much water as you possibly can throughout the day. By drinking a lot of water you will help flush out your system and it will even help keep yourself full so you don’t have to eat as much.
Eat a Lot of Fiber for Breakfast
Eating a lot of fiber for breakfast will help keep your stomach functioning properly and ensure everything moves efficiently through your digestive tract. Food that is high in fiber include oatmeal, Greek yogurt, quinoa and even some grain cereals.
If you’re an avid coffee drinker then chances are you already know all too well how it can make going to the bathroom an easy process. Of course, the less food that is in your stomach the less you will weigh.
Eat Food High in Probiotics
Eating food like Greek yogurt that is high in probiotics is great for quickly losing weight due to the yeast and bacteria helping your stomach digest the food.
